It’s the home we tend to with intention, through nourishing our bodies with nutrition, strengthening our foundation with wellness, and aligning our belief systems with purpose. It’s a sanctuary built on wisdom, cultivated through experience, and empowered by action.

I'm Carly Poth, a passionate advocate for holistic health dedicated to helping people flourish at every stage of life. As a certified nutrition coach and Pilates instructor, I believe true wellness comes from nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.

Through a focus on functional fitness, nourishing nutrition, and mental wellness, I want you to feel your best not just now, but for years to come.

Movement is a cornerstone of my approach, and that’s why I founded Daylight Estate Studio, the fitness arm of my practice. It’s a dynamic Pilates-plyometric fusion class designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance, all while supporting your body’s natural rhythm and longevity.

I’ve experienced the life-changing benefits of these practices myself and encourage everyone to prioritize self-care. Together, we’ll strengthen your body, elevate your mindset, and build a foundation for lasting vitality. Let’s empower you to live fully through every stage of life!

We' re just getting started

I'm a strong believer that age is just a number, and I proved it by completing the grueling Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, one of the world’s toughest endurance races. That experience reinforced what I’ve always believed: with the right lifestyle choices, we can all defy the outdated idea that midlife marks the end of ambition, strength, or growth.

I envision a world where midlife is seen as a launchpad, not a slowdown. With holistic health practices, we can unlock new levels of energy, overcome physical and mental challenges, and achieve goals that once felt out of reach. Through balanced nutrition, consistent movement, and mindfulness, we can continue to evolve and thrive at every age.
